But before we look at the best advice, we must take a look at the worst. Here’s what you shouldn’t do:
• low fat
Low salt
• a lot of water
• Lean protein
• Lose weight to gain good health
• 6 small meals a day
• Exercise is the most important

Reduce added sugars, but you can still eat some of them

• Eat your breakfast
• There are no bad foods
• Everything in moderation
• There is no one diet for everyone

Here are my top 5 health tips:

1. Keep your insulin normally

Keeping insulin levels normal is one of the best things you can do for weight loss and your overall health. To promote healthy insulin levels, reduce carbs and increase healthy fats, and avoid all vegetable oils.

2. Fasting

Intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting are great tools to boost a healthy body. It stimulates autophagy and helps normalize insulin levels. There are two things you can do to start your intermittent fasting plan, and they are to skip breakfast and stop eating all snacks

3. Get healthy to lose weight

One of the worst tips is to lose weight to get healthy – instead, you have to be healthy to lose weight. You always want to focus on your health first, and weight loss will accompany it. Bear in mind that you can lose weight without being healthy – that’s not our goal!

4. Do a healthy diet

A low-carb, high-fat diet will put your body into ketosis. Ketones are the body’s preferred fuel source. A healthy keto diet consists of lots of vegetables and healthy fats that promote overall health and longevity. You always want to focus on organic, grass-fed, pasture, wild catch, and full-fat products.

5. Exercise, sleep and reduce stress
